The park's Interpretive Naturalist Program features numerous fun and educational activities throughout the season at the nature center. Located near the nature center is Lincoln State Park's very own Moon Tree. As a seed, the tree traveled to the moon and back and as a seedling was planted in Lincoln State Park along with a time capsule created by a local Girl Scout troop.
